As soon you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched from our office in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India within 10-15 working days, since most of the items we have, our specially handcrafted with love for you. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number which you can use to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company.
Orders will need to be signed for, so please choose a delivery address where someone will be in to receive it. You must provide a full address, including any special instructions, as we will not be responsible if the shipment goes missing due to the wrong address. If an incomplete address or phone number is provided, we will email you to ask for the full address/phone number. We are unable to schedule deliveries without a valid address and phone number.
International Customs and Taxes
We try to ensure that no additional duties or taxes will be charged. However as as these vary from country to country, they cannot be predicted and so any customs charges and/or handling fees charged by the courier company will be the buyer’s responsibility.
Sorry, As most of our products are specially made to order, we do not accept Cash on delivery, but we do take requests of Cash on Delivery manually if you contact us, We will charge a certain advance amount to confirm your Cash on delivery order.
Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds unless there is manufacturing fault present at the time of receipt. All the manufacturing faults have to be reported in under 24 hours of delivery. Please choose carefully as we do not offer an exchange or refund for any items where you have changed your mind, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
CELESTINE must receive the product in the original packaging with the tags attached and in the exact condition it was sent in. Items must not have been worn or the exchange will be declined, and After the return has been requested, the client will share pictures, and once the criteria has been met, the product will be replaced, refund will be credited to the customer's bank account in 5-7 working days
